Officeo: Where work gets its groove back

Brand identity, Redesign, Logo design, Packaging design

Office Depot, the go-to for office supplies in the Czech Republic, needed a makeover. They came to us for a rebrand that would shake off the dust and bring new energy to their image – and we were more than ready for the challenge.

The name game

First on the list? A fresh name. After a bunch of ideas, “Officeo” rose to the top. It’s simple, snappy, and still hints at the brand’s heritage. Think of it as the office supplies version of a makeover montage – quick, effective, and totally on point.

Crafting the new look

We took the “O” in Officeo and made it a star. This red-celled “O” isn’t just a letter – it’s a real chameleon. It adapts to different services, industries, and even teams, making the brand as versatile as a Swiss Army knife. The whole identity is lively, with a colour palette that nods to the past while stepping boldly into the future.

O-so-memorable

Officeo’s new identity is all about connection. With quirky icons, seamless patterns, and a design system that’s as flexible as your yoga instructor, Officeo now speaks to everyone – from big businesses to freelancers and students. The brand has evolved from stiff and formal to warm and welcoming, making it the office buddy everyone needs.

O-so-award-winning

Officeo was making headlines soon after the redesign, with their paper boxes snagging the "Packaging of the Year 2021" award. Today, Officeo isn’t just supplying the office – it’s making every workspace a place you actually want to be.
